  • Dairy

    The dairy we use is The Straus Family Creamery. This pure, simple, and organic dairy farm believes in Sustainable and Carbon Neutral Farming. The cows are raised on pastures full of pesticide free, organic grasses and are never treated with hormones or antibiotics. Non-GMO, Certified Organic, no preservatives, fillers or anything artificial. Just delicious quality dairy. The dairy mix does contain some egg.

  • Vanilla

    Finding the perfect Vanilla is the most difficult decision for any ice cream chef. We chose to find a small plot vanilla farmer who has the same passion as we do. Vanilla is like gold, it takes tending, hand pollinating and a lengthy and complex curing/drying/fermentation process. We have selected the perfect vanilla to pair with our sweet cream base, producing an amazing and well-rounded vanilla ice cream.

  • Chocolate

    Delicious chocolate sourced from Dandelion Chocolate in San Francisco. All chocolate is ethically sourced and made with just 2 ingredients, cocoa beans and organic cane sugar.

  • Pecans

    Finding the best Pecans took us to the “Pecan Capital of the World” in Texas. The Millican Pecan Farm began in 1888 and is now 5 generations long and counting. All they do is grow pecans and they are delicious and always fresh.

  • Coffee

    We enlisted Press Coffee to create a perfect match up. We have selected a Medium Dark Roast Coffee blend that is big body and robust with notes of dark chocolate to create the base of this flavor.

  • Caramel

    The caramel we selected is from a small but well-known company in Bozeman, Montana called Bequet. Non-GMO sugars, Organic Milk are all a part of this special caramel sauce.

  • Cookies

    Brownie crisps from Dewey’s Bakery are the perfect cookie to pair with sweet cream ice cream. Dewey’s Bakery has been baking cookies since 1930 and uses only natural ingredients to create this Moravian Cookie treat.

  • Cones

    Cones (2 sizes) are all handmade in house. ALL CONES ARE VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE USING AN OAT FLOUR AND OAT MILK. Cones are made using an avocado oil since many non stick sprays are toxic at high heats and can leave a chemical taste. Cones also have a small chocolate surprise at the bottom of the cone.

  • Honey

    Local Honey from Honey Hive farms is used in many of our ice creams and the cones.

  • Compostibles

    skoop is using as many sustainable and compostable products as possible. .
